How can I check the status of my online order?

  • You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order here by entering your shipping information.

 

My package shows it was delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?

  • Ask your friends/family that share your residence if anyone has received it.
  • If no one has, contact your rental office or anyone in a similar position at your place of residence to verify that you have not received it.
  • If the package whereabouts are still a mystery, send us an email to support@dealswipe.co . with your order # and issue.

 

My order has shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?

  • Orders usually take about 48 hours to reflect upon the tracking number while the information for tracking is being inputted into the shipper’s system. The easiest fix is a little bit of patience.

RETURNS

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date of your order for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If you are entitled to a refund your refund will be less shipping.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned.

Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Dealswipe's discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit.

We do not accommodate exchanges at this time. Please return your full priced items for a refund, and place a new order for desired items.
